The Dynamic Duo, Jake&Papa

“Young brothers, old souls. Old school mentality, new school approach. Music is in our blood..."

Papa & Jacob Harrell were simply born to sing. Growing up in a home threaded with the love of music and a mother who encouraged their dreams, they entered their first talent show at the tender ages of 4 and 5 performing “Jump” by Kriss Kross. It is safe to say that that day the path to tread had been chosen. Jake&Papa continued to hone their talents through adolescence creating original music and tuning their voices into true instruments. Joining forces with their older brothers they created the R&B group Brutha and with the guidance of their Uncle Drano landed an audition with Def Jam executive Shakir Stewart who signed them on the spot.

Growth of a Flower Child: Eli Montgomery

“The world is my audience and I only want to entertain you.”

Eli Montgomery, a native of my hometown Aiken, South Carolina, is a young free-spirited singer/songwriter spilling his melody of life, romance, humor, and imagination through words.  He brings the bluesy sounds of rock, pop, and folk unruffled with a soulful edge.  Montgomery’s bright and humorous personality, old-fashioned look, and strong ethnic features bring curiosity to newcomers’ ears.  He is currently studying communications and Studio Art at the University of South Carolina, Aiken campus.

Confessions of a Centaur: Writer & Spoken Word Artist Daven Oglesby

“I just remember a feeling of excitement hearing words being used in a way that made me think, laugh, get angry, feel emotions. I went home and started writing. I haven't stopped since that day.”

The Real D. Jackson

“If you don’t understand what making love is, I create the music that helps you find out.”

Look out ladies & gents!  D. Jackson is coming to a bedroom near you!  Okay, not literally, but this Cleveland, Ohio native is nothing to sleep on.  A multitalented young man, Drake (better known as D. Jackson), has proved himself in more ways than one.  With his Young Fly & Flashy team behind him he is sure to kick the door to the game down.
